About the event

Mental Health Mat is a hybrid event. You may choose to join in person or online.

This is a "pay what you can event." We will be asking for donations to Burgers and Bands, a local non-profit. Please consider donating at the link below. No amount is too small. Debi will also be collecting donations at class on March 18. 

Burgers and Bands Donation

All proceeds will go towards suicide  prevention awareness and support mental health programs for our local schools & service members.
